The calendar at a glance

Status as of 24 October 2026. "Expected" means the store has not announced dates and we are going by past years.

11.11 Singles Day

11.11 started as a Chinese shopping day and spread through online marketplaces. In the UAE it has become an early warm-up for November, with some stores running one-day or weekend deals. It is a useful test: if a product on your list drops on 11.11, you learn how far it can fall before the bigger events. If it does not, nothing is lost. Do not assume Amazon.ae will run a dedicated 11.11 event; check the site on the day.

White Friday, Yellow Friday and Black Friday

This is the biggest stretch of the season. Amazon.ae calls it White Friday, noon calls it Yellow Friday, and many retailers keep the name Black Friday. Our Black Friday vs White Friday guide explains who runs what. For Amazon.ae specifically, read the White Friday 2026 watchlist plan and, before you buy, how to spot fake discounts.

Cyber Monday

Cyber Monday 2026 lands on 30 November, likely the final day of the expected November sale window. It can bring a few new deals or extensions, but it is not reliably cheaper than White Friday. See is it worth waiting for Cyber Monday.

Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) 2026-27

DSF runs from 4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027. It is a citywide festival: mall promotions, raffles, fireworks, concerts and markets, with retailers across Dubai running discounts. Its strength is in store, especially fashion, gold and mall electronics, though many online stores run promotions at the same time. If you missed a target in November, DSF is your second chance; if you already bought, that is fine too.

After DSF

The next big moment for Amazon.ae is the Ramadan sale. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin in early February, so that sale is likely in late January to February. More in our best time to buy electronics guide.

How to use the calendar without overpaying

Sale labels do not guarantee a low price. Our anonymous Amazon.ae data (January to October 2026, 177 products in AED) shows that the median product we saw in both February and October cost about 9% more in October, much of it from a broad rise in March. A discount from a raised price can still be more than you would have paid earlier. Full numbers in the Amazon.ae price index 2026.

  1. Make one list now of things you would buy anyway.
  2. Check each product's price history in AED with PriceGate and note the recent low.
  3. Set target prices once. The alert works across every event above, so you do not need to watch each sale.
  4. Buy when the alert fires and the seller, delivery and total check out.

Common questions

When is the Dubai Shopping Festival 2026-27?

DSF 2026-27, the 32nd edition, runs from 4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027, 45 days in total. These dates are officially announced.

Is 11.11 a sale in the UAE?

Yes. 11 November (Singles Day) started in China, and several UAE online stores now run 11.11 promotions. Each store sets its own deals and dates, so check the store close to the day.

When is White Friday 2026?

Not announced yet. It is expected in the last ten days of November 2026, around Black Friday on 27 November, as in 2025 when Amazon.ae ran it from 20 to 30 November.

Which sale is the best in the UAE?

There is no single best one. For a specific Amazon.ae product, the best moment is whenever its price reaches your target, which a price alert tells you.
